Danfoss will extend its inverter scroll compressor range VZH to include three new models. According to the company, the variable speed VZH compressors provide efficiency at part-load conditions, and can improve efficiency by more than 30% compared to fixed-speed compressors.
Armstrong Fluid Technology has introduced the Maintenance-Free (MF) versions of its S&H Circulator line and the Seal Bearing Assemblies (SBA) used to service them. The traditional sleeve bearing designs that are commonly used in this style of circulator require periodic oiling.

The LG DOAS can be used in a multiple settings, meeting the needs of a wide variety of users. It provides dehumidification of outdoor air using LG’s inverter compressor outdoor units. In addition to being seismically certified by California Office of Statewide Planning & Development, this dedicated outdoor air system is designed to provide conditioned outdoor air and maximum energy savings.
RectorSeal® Corp. has introduced the Paircoil™, pre-insulated, malleable linesets designed specifically to expedite installation of ductless mini-split and conventional air-conditioning systems in North America. Paircoil is sold in 65-ft rolls of either .25 and 3/8-in-diameter; or .25 and .50-in-diameter copper liquid/suction line sizes.
Bosch Thermotechnology has launched its new LM Series water-to-water (W2W) heat pump line for new commercial and retrofit applications. The LM Series includes five models from 2 to 6 tons. They can be used in horizontal and vertical configurations depending on the application, and feature a two-speed scroll compressor and a commutated motor as standard components for efficiency and comfort. They achieve up to 32 EER part load and up to 22 EER full load.
Grundfos has introduced an expanded line of fully integrated, intelligent pumping systems. Ideally suited for new commercial HVACR applications and deep retrofits, the line now features the MLE variable speed motor in ranges from 3 to 30 HP for building services.
The new JS Series BACnet thermostat from Jackson Systems combines the power of a space-mounted equipment controller with built-in temperature and humidity. The thermostats include a wide range of factory supplied programs for the following applications: two-pipe and four-pipe fan coil units, roof top units, heat pump units and packaged and split unitary systems.
