AMETEK Rotron has released a 19-in rack mountable liquid cooling heat exchanger assembly. The unit is one of a variety of similar heat exchangers that are designed to dissipate over 10kw of heat in demanding operating environments. The heat exchanger assembly is enclosed within a ruggedized 6U (10.5-in) aluminum chassis. The company says the unit is designed for years of reliable service in harsh and demanding applications, including military and commercial equipment racks.
Expanding its new line of SA-Series space heaters, Cambridge Engineering has added the SA350, capable of delivering 350 MBH (350,000 Btus per hour) for commercial and industrial applications. The company says the space heater was designed with the needs of building owners and managers in mind. The heaters patented Blow-Thru® Direct Gas-Fired Space Heaters are built to efficiently and safely heat commercial and industrial facilities. The flagship S-Series is documented to achieve 40% to 70% energy savings over unit heaters or traditional boiler applications, according to officials.
Chromalox says it has introduced a new extreme duty model of its blower heater line. Called the CXH-XD blower heater, the new unit is designed to withstand corrosive and wet environments and is ATEX certified.
