Mitsubishi Electric US has launched the new SmartME Zone Controller. The controller is a single-source integrated controls product for commercial HVAC systems of all sizes. The company says the advanced functions include temperature and humidity sensors, as well as an energy save setting, which controls the operation mode using a built-in occupancy and brightness sensors.
