National design and construction firm to award 10 educational grants for 2023-2024 academic year.

Funded by the Henderson Foundation and managed by the Greater Kansas City (GKC) Community Foundation, the scholarship is open to students nationwide regardless of affiliation with Henderson.

Trane is awarding $106,000 to 28 deserving students across North America who are seeking a technical education as they prepare to enter the field of HVAC or building automation.
The Trane Technician of the Future Scholarship provides essential financial support for aspiring HVAC or controls technicians launching their careers and will engage a diverse pool of students from across the U.S. and Canada.
Scholarships were awarded to undergraduate and graduate level students from all six NSBE regions based on personal essays, educational accomplishments, and professional recommendations.
Now in its fourth year, this program was established to support and mentor students from historically underrepresented demographics in architecture, interior design, planning, landscape architecture, and engineering.
Since the Rees Scholarship Foundation was founded in 2003, it has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships to 643 deserving students and instructors.
