call attention to an announcement made by IBM today. The company unveiled a new
experiential exhibit at INNOVENTIONS
at Epcot at the Walt Disney
World Resort, which invites guests to discover the

Smarter Data Center, providing a real-life demonstration of optimized computing
that reduces energy costs by up to 25 percent.
Mission Critical exists to meet this need for information. If you are reading this blog, I know you are interested in improving reliability, lowering PUE, or both, at a facility. You'll probably also want to attend our special webinar series on Building a Greenfield Data Center, to be held on March 17th, April 15th, and May 13th. I'll be announcing speakers soon, but set these dates aside as I am expecting more than 4-hours of presentations from industry experts with considerable time set aside for q&a.
A few circumstances in a data center make it ripe for a CHP design to boost efficiency. Let’s get into the options within both relevant chiller types, why payback may be shorter than expected, and the assorted potential benefits from lower costs to higher reliability. Some tips from an array of manufacturers’ reps round out this useful investigation.
