Uponor launches LiveChat to answer customer questions
Uponor North America has added a LiveChat™ feature to its website, allowing customers to connect with an Uponor Technical and Design Services representative.
“Our goal with LiveChat is to offer access to Uponor Technical and Design Services in as many ways as possible, so professionals can get their questions answered quickly and efficiently,” said Don Costello, web product manager at Uponor. “With more and more people accessing the web with mobile devices, LiveChat is an ideal solution for professionals on the jobsite or on the go.”
Users can access LiveChat by going onto Uponorpro.com and clicking the small blue “Chat Now” box in the lower right-hand side of the screen. Representatives from Uponor Technical and Design Services are available on LiveChat Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
“We’re seeing contractors as the majority of users on LiveChat, followed by engineers, sales reps, and architects,” says Matt Graber, technical support representative at Uponor. “People are finding LiveChat a convenient way to get questions answered quickly, so they can keep moving on their projects.”
