I. Oliker PhD, P.E.

Dr. Oliker is the principal of Joseph Technology Corp. and has been involved in district energy development, design, and construction in the U.S., former USSR, Ukraine, Russia, Korea, and China for more than 30 years. He received his master and Ph.D. degrees in combined heat and power/district energy from the Moscow Engineering Institute. He is a licensed professional engineer in 10 states and is the past president of the International District Energy Association (IDEA) and a recipient of the Norman R. Taylor Award. Oliker has been involved in the development and actual implementation of 25 district energy systems. He is the author of 190 technical papers, seven books, and 15 patents.
