FIT™ Level II is recommended for people who will install, train, inspect, design, or supervise the firestop installations of others. These include maintenance and engineering managers, facility managers, IS managers, CE managers, infectious control managers, life-safety officers, loss reduction specialists, designers, general contractors, architects, firestop installers, and other interested parties.

This training offers registrants the option to either participate as an Attendee only or a Train-the-Trainer, which allows the participant to train staff, vendor, and contractor installers; inspect firestop installations for compliance; and provide evidence of competency-based training through professional certification. Upon completion of this two-day course, 15 AIA/CES Learning Units (HSW) are available through the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
