POINT PLEASANT, N.J. — Ryan Soames Engineering has acquired Adaptive Engineering Professionals (AEP), a full-service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consulting firm located in West Orange, New Jersey.

The company, based in West Orange, will employ three team members, led by company R. Alex Giordano, associate principal.
