Bishop is with TMCx, LLC in Nevada. TestMarcx is a professional engineering firm specializing in contracting and consulting for independent, third-party testing and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, climate-control, and smoke-control systems for the construction industry. It is a providing member of the Building Commissioning Association in six states.

Since 1998, TestMarcx has successfully completed work on over 250 commissioning projects ranging from $1 million to $70 million in MEP and controls construction costs. This includes projects in the microelectronics, biotechnology, aerospace, education, communications, government, health care, prison, recreation, and hotel/resort industries in eight states.
