Trane has launched its new SureFit™ coils, a single-source solution for replacement HVAC coils. The company says it offers same-day quoting and shipment in as few as three days from order placement.

SureFit coils are designed to meet the requirements of almost any HVAC system regardless of manufacturer. In addition to same-day quoting, many coil models are kept in stock and are available for immediate delivery.

To support this business, Trane established a dedicated coil-manufacturing facility located in Columbia, SC. The Trane Coil Center of Excellence is helping the company increase manufacturing capacity and coil testing requirements. Trane also provides design and engineering services to adhere to precise specifications.

“Our engineering expertise and attention to detail in designing, manufacturing, and testing SureFit coils guarantee trouble-free operation,” said Jeff Maxwell, SureFit Coils design and engineering leader for Trane North America. “The result is peace of mind for our customers. Trane SureFit coils arrive quickly, fit the desired equipment or application, and in many cases, outperform a system’s original coils.”
