The future of building technologies will be examined at CLIMA 2005. The conference, organized by REHVA (the Federation Of European Heating And Air-Conditioning Associations) and ASHRAE, will be held October 9-12, 2005, in Lausanne, Switzerland. Papers are being sought for the conference, and abstracts are due September 30, 2004.
"CLIMA 2000 is Europe's most prestigious technical congress, covering all aspects of environmental control in the built environment," W. Stephen Comstock, ASHRAE publisher, said. "Through the organization of the European Federation and the cosponsorship of ASHRAE, CLIMA is a world congress that addresses energy efficiency, sustainability, indoor air quality, thermal comfort, refrigeration, and new equipment design on a global scale."
