The new Blue Book editions span multiple counties in the following areas: Minnesota, St. Louis, Pittsburgh and western Pennsylvania, Colorado, Kansas City, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Indiana and New Orleans. This January, The Blue Book will release its newest print edition covering the Pacific Northwest (the online version is available now).
