Desert Aire: Dehumidifiers
May 3, 2001
The Q-Series dehumidifier line is designed to satisfy the IAQ specifications of ASHRAE 62 while providing energy savings with the use of an optional enthalpy wheel, according to the manufacturer. In the winter, the enthalpy wheel captures the heat of winter exhaust air and transfers it back into intake air. In the summer, this wheel reverses the process to eliminate heat from hot intake air and deposit it into exhaust air.
