Katie Cook is the senior vice president - industrial, energy, and natural resources BU. She joined Cyient in 2010 and currently heads the industrial, energy, and natural resources business unit and leads the committee for diversity & inclusion. In her previous role as head of sales and account management for Cyient’s North American operations, she was responsible for revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. Prior to Cyient, Cook spent 16 years at IBM, where she guided clients in improving supply chain efficiency and customer experience. She worked closely with C-suite executives to develop strategic technology solutions for key IBM accounts. Cook holds bachelor's degrees in both mathematics and education from the University of Idaho (USA).
