Miura announced the opening of its new sales/support center in Rockmart, GA, the company’s U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility.

“We call it a sales center, but it’s ideally a nationwide customer service facility where our great customers, sales partners, and reps can meet and receive first-class support for a wide range of needs,” said Ozzy Ochi, Miura’s CEO and president. “The center will be maintained in ‘customer ready’ fashion and become an important stop for visitors who want to experience Miura’s products, services, and manufacturing facilities.”

The new sales center will be located on the second floor of the Miura showroom. According to officials, it will be part of an “all-in-one-facility” where representative can come in, have an executive meeting with their customer, and a Miura team member as needed.

One floor down, customers can see the boilers. They can also see how Miura’s boiler room is set up with water treatment or visit Miura’s maintenance center where they can see and understand how Miura is able to communicate with all boilers in North America set up for this remote monitoring program.

Miura’s maintenance center can alert customers to an issue after receiving an alarm, and provide them with technical support and services. The company said this additional layer of protection had previously been handled through Miura’s Canadian office, but now it is all being incorporated under one roof in the Rockmart campus.
