The Chimney Safety Institute of America(CSIA) was successful in prosecuting the infringement of its federally registered trademarks. The lawsuit was brought by CSIA against Mark Powers, California Air Duct and Chimney Cleaning, Inc. of Carlsbad, CA (collectively "California Air Duct").
