The NEBB board of directors has chosen Donald Hill, NEBB CP, as the 2017-2018 NEBB president. The announcement was made during the board of directors' meeting held in Colorado Springs, CO, October 19-20, 2017. Hill succeeds Jim Kelleher, who served as the 2016-2017 NEBB president.

Hill is president of AccuTec Services Inc. based in Lee's Summit, MO. He has a BSME from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and is a registered professional engineer. He began his career as a design engineer and has leveraged that experience into providing TAB, commissioning, cleanroom-related services, and creative solutions for critical environment facilities across the United States. Hill served as president-elect of NEBB and on the executive/finance committee, has served on the board of directors for many years, and was chair of the cleanroom performance testing committee and has served as the president of Great Plains chapter.

Tiffany Suite, NEBB executive vice president, stated, "President Hill's long tenure on the NEBB board of directors and executive/finance Committee is a huge benefit to NEBB as we continue to improve our certification and training programs. Having a leader directly involved with these initiatives from planning through implementation greatly enhances the efficiency of our organization. Don understands the critical importance of balancing the association benefits with current industry needs while being focused on what we do best, firm and individual certification. NEBB will experience exponential growth having Don as its 2017-2018 NEBB president."

"It is a privilege and an honor to serve as NEBB's 2017-2018 president. Working with the board of directors, executive vice president, and our dedicated staff is a pleasure. I want to thank everyone for their support and dedication to NEBB. It is such a positive experience working with this team of professionals," said Hill. "At its core, NEBB is based on volunteerism which has led to its world-class reputation. Recognizing this unique aspect of our association, I know that volunteers are the heart and soul of NEBB. Without their contributions, it would not be the strong organization we benefit from today."
