For the ninth year, Danfoss will sponsor and participate in the 2016 Energy Efficiency Global Forum. The forum will come to Washington, May 11-12.

John Galyen, president of Danfoss North America, will serve as a panelist on one of EE Global’s plenary sessions — Doubling Energy Productivity Through Government Leadership, which will highlight international efforts to advance energy efficiency and double energy productivity, and discuss the potential for energy productivity to play a role in achieving the Paris agreement. He will be joined by panelists Dr. Fatih Birol, executive director of the International Energy Agency; Kateri Callahan, president of the Alliance to Save Energy; Mark Kenber, CEO of The Climate Group; and Rachel Kyte, CEO of Sustainable Energy for All (SE4All).

Mark Menzer, director of public affairs for Danfoss North America, will also participate in EE Global 2016, moderating an Executive Dialogue Session on increasing energy efficiency through connected systems. Panelists will include Ralph DiNola, CEO of New Buildings Institute; Ken Smith, president and CEO of District Energy St. Paul; and Rob Thornton, president and CEO of International District Energy Association.
