DriSteem Corporation completed a reorganization of its inside sales team in an effort to better serve the needs of its representatives by providing them with additional support in sales efforts.

As one of DriSteem’s most critical areas, the company says the new inside sales team is focused on making it easy for reps to do business with DriSteem. Joining the team are long-time DriSteem employees, Dave Schwaller, Rick Balmer, and Angie Lemke.

The manufacturer reports that the reorganization will provide reps with more support, increased knowledge, and quicker answers.

"Our goal is to make the strength of DriSteem available to our reps. By growing our inside sales team, we are making it easier for reps to get the answers they need to ensure our humidification systems perform as expected for the end customer,” said Nick Iberra, director of sales.

Schwaller’s new role is senior application engineer with the inside sales team. Schwaller has designed and applied evaporative cooling and humidification systems for both traditional and custom HVAC applications for over 17 years. For much of his career, Schwaller was a product development engineer for DriSteem's gas-to-steam and steam-to-steam humidification product lines and, most recently, DriSteem's product manager for evaporative cooling, water treatment systems, and new technologies.

Rick Balmer is now the senior application engineer and team lead in inside sales. Balmer has an extensive background in engineering, having spent more than 28 years working in various functions at DriSteem. He has contributed to a number of patents and brings a wealth of product and technical experience from his previous role as a principal engineer for DriSteem.

Angie Lemke brings eight years of DriSteem experience as a manufacturing planner. Her strong skill set in service and product expertise are expected to greatly complement the inside sales team.
