American Society for Quality (ASQ)
April 25, 2005
The American Society for Quality (ASQ) conducted a 10-year Quality Index study, which includes the debut of "The Economic Case for Quality" that demonstrates the dramatic return that quality as an investment can have on a company's bottom line. The study uses case studies from prominent companies, including Bank of America, SSM Healthcare, and Boeing to provide hard evidence that quality "pays" big.
