Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern, Inc. (HSMM) has been ranked as one of "The Top 500 Design Firms" in the country byEngineering News-Record (ENR). The July 2004 issue of ENR listed HSMM as 147, up from the firm's 2003 ranking of 168 and moving HSMM into the top 30% of architectural and engineering design firms in the nation.
