Arc Second, Inc.recently announced the launch of its new Team 3Di Software developer program, which is designed to enable developers to tap into the emerging field of position based services (PBS). Similar to location based services, PBS combines real-time position information with graphical data and enterprise systems to deliver a range of new capabilities to endusers.
