Bernard Roy is appointed president of Hart & Cooley, Inc.

Bernard Roy was appointed as president of Hart & Cooley, Inc. effective November 15, 2006, and will report directly to Terry O’Halloran, Group President of Air System Components Division.

In his new role, Roy will be responsible for the operations, engineering, sales and marketing of all brands for Hart & Cooley, American Metal Products Group, and Commercial Products Group.
