Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) along with a group of industry sponsors, is launching a research project to learn how providing more effective and efficient office workspaces affects the economic performance of commercial real estate assets. Armstrong World Industries, Interface, the New Buildings Institute and SMED International will be joining BOMA International in this effort. Also assisting with a vast body of knowledge and expertise on workplace issues are the U.S. General Services Administration (USGSA) and Public Works General Services Canada (PWGSC).
