The Stellar Group(Jacksonville, FL) has completed construction on a new 210,000-sq-ft low temperature distribution facility for Burns Refrigerated Logistics in Orlando, FL. Stellar provided design/build services, which included master planning, programming/space planning, architecture, engineering, construction, mechanical contracting and refrigeration.
