The Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute Raymond J. Mach has been named Director of Education at the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute which annually conducts thousands ofIndustry Competency Exams (ICE) and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency certification tests. He is responsible for liaison with approximately 1,400 high school and post secondary training programs that teach HVACR. Representatives from the schools annually attend ARI’s Instructor Workshop in Arlington, VA, which in 2004 will be March 10-13.
