Rodger Solomon, senior project manager atHDR, has been selected as a board member of the East of the River Community Development Corporation (ERCDC), a Washington, DC, community-based non-profit organization that has been serving the neighborhoods east of the Anacostia River in community development and neighborhood revitalization for 15 years.
