The Board of Directors of American Consulting Engineers Council(Washington) recently named its officers for 2001-2003. They are: Daniel J. DeYoung, chairman-elect in 2001-2002 and chairman in 2002-2003; James R. Cagley, James M. Kring, Jr. , and Edward J. Mulcahy, all vice chairmen.
