The energy-efficient solutions help protect data center and computer room equipment from overheating by precisely directing the air and adjusting temperature levels where and when needed.

First, there was the energy crisis in the 1970s that would reshape the HVAC industry and how we would select the optimum HVAC systems based on the primary heating and cooling resources. 

The retrofit project provides continuous building-by-building monitoring energy and utility cost analysis inventorying the chilled water flow meters and Btuh energy metering to determine decarbonization results.

For large hydraulic heating and cooling systems, modern computer modeling software can be used to determine the system operation conditions during startup while the system only has a partial load.

The chilled water pipe distribution: Schedule 40 black iron steel with 1-inch fiberglass insulation with vapor barrier and additional outdoor weather protecting canvass covering of pipe, valves, and fittings

Energy data will be converted to cost for chilled water as well as other energy meters to capture the total utility cost to operate these individual research labs.
