A combination of building technologies, services, and support will cover  the full spectrum of heating and cooling needs in central and west Florida.

Move expands the Daikin portfolio of high-efficiency equipment and services for data center cooling, and other mission-critical and custom applications.

The units now feature IAQ-boosting sorbent ventilation technology. 

The enhancements offer more efficiency and flexibility to serve a broader range of applications.  

Drees currently serves as executive vice president of sales, marketing, and aftermarket at Daikin Applied, and will replace Mike Schwartz, who is retiring at the end of August after 11 years leading the organization.

The deal is designed to add enterprise-level capabilities to Daikin’s portfolio of HVAC technology, services, and controls.

The cloud-based control solutions are designed to make connectivity and automation simpler, more effective, and easier to scale.
