Peter Turek is commissioning operations manager for CBRE Commissioning. He has 30-plus years of experience as a facility operations supervisor and a commissioning professional. With a background in operations, his experience and troubleshooting skills allows him to successfully lead commissioning teams with complex systems and projects. He understands the importance of training for proper operation and the necessity of the equipment to be maintainable. Turek creates and manages the commissioning process to follow the basis of design and ensures the owner’s project requirements are incorporated. He is skilled in the design review process, identifying deficiencies, and providing cost-effective solutions. He is also experienced in providing commissioning and assessments of office, federal government, military, higher education, K-12, civic, and health care facilities.
