Larry J. Nemer is the Building Systems Director for Sebesta Blomberg. He has more than 30 years of mechanical engineering and project management experi-ence for educational, government, and commercial entities. Nemer is an advocate for incorporating collaborative design processes into the design practice as a means to continuously improve the delivery of high performance, sustainable solutions to clients. Nemer was the MEP Project Manager for this project.
A 70-structure campus at the top of the Mississippi has been in need of a serious retrofit. We join this major project in progress, studying not only the design selections but the tradeoffs and sacrifices along the way.
