CoolIT Systems has expanded its Rack DCLC™ product line with the release of the AHx2 Heat Exchange Module. This compact liquid-to-air heat exchanger makes it possible for direct contact liquid cooling (DCLC) enabled servers to be thermally tested during the factory burn-in process, without additional liquid cooling infrastructure.
A new line of dedicated outside air systems (DOAS) from the YORK® brand of Johnson Controls includes a range of 100% outside air units and mixed air units. With heat pump operation and water source operation, as well as a hot water heat option, the new line of air systems delivers more combinations of heating and cooling. The systems also feature an internal energy recovery wheel that pre-conditions outside air and reduces heating and cooling loads by transferring energy between the exhaust airstreams.
Lochinvar LLC announced that its Smart Touch™ control has been added as a standard feature on Power-Fin® boilers and water heaters from 500,000 to 2,000,000 Btuh. This enhancement comes after the technology was announced specifically for the larger boiler models. Now, the entire Power-Fin product family has this control.
LG Electronics USA introduced its single-phase VRF 5-ton heat recovery system for the U.S. market as part of the company’s expanded line-up of energy-efficient LG Multi V S outdoor units. Ideal residential and light commercial installations, the LG Multi V S lineup now includes 2-ton heat pump and 5-ton heat recovery models designed to provide simultaneous heating and cooling even in extreme weather.
The new Luxaire® LX Series 14 SEER THE split system heat pumps and TCD air conditioners from Johnson Controls support 3-phase, 230/460-volt light commercial applications.
