ORLANDO, Fla. — TLC Engineering Solutions Inc. has acquired LaSalle Engineering LLC, a suburban Philadelphia-based life safety and fire protection engineering firm. This action expands TLC’s ability to provide life safety consulting and fire protection engineering as well as introduces TLC’s other engineering disciplines to existing LaSalle clients across the mid-Atlantic region and in support of TLC’s successful expansion into Philadelphia in 2017. All technical employees of LaSalle are joining TLC immediately as they continue to support their current clients and projects with a greater depth of infrastructure and support.

“We’ve teamed with LaSalle and in working with them have admired their skills and Jeff LaSalle’s leadership,” said Michael P. Sheerin, CEO, TLC. “Joining forces allows TLC to deepen our technical skills in computational fluid dynamics modeling and expand our support to architects and buildings owners.”

Jeff LaSalle, who becomes a shareholder in TLC, added, “By joining TLC, our focus is now 100% on our technical efforts for our clients. TLC’s strength, long history in the AEC marketplace and strong brand allow our staff to grow professionally. We’re excited about the future that this provides for our team.”

The former LaSalle office in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, is now TLC’s 14th location and will continue to be led by Jeff LaSalle. For more information, visit www.tlc-engineers.com.
