ZEELAND, Mich. — Foresight Management has acquired Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Building Performance Team, an engineering firm specializing in commissioning, energy modeling, and optimizing facility performance.

This acquisition will expand Foresight Management’s service offerings to help meet its clients’ energy use and cost reduction goals.

Foresight Management’s purchase of Building Performance Team will add expertise to their team of energy engineers and will provide in-house specialization in areas such as energy modeling (computerized building simulations), retro-commissioning for existing facilities, and commissioning for new construction.
