Mulcahy announces expansion into Fargo, ND with a new office that opened on May 1. The company says the new location offers customers increased access to in-stock, high need warranty parts and full-time service and sales support.

"Mulcahy has always had dedicated sales support for the North Dakota market and as we expanded our business, we identified an opportunity to better support those customers,” said Rob Grady, executive vice president at Mulcahy. “Our expansion into Fargo and this dedicated local presence will help us provide the next level of hydronic system sales and service across the state and northwest Minnesota.”

Mulcahy hired Brad Offermann as the first Fargo office employee. Offermann joined the Mulcahy team in November of 2017. He has over 20 years of career experience which includes project management, estimating, and installing hydronic and plumbing systems. He also has experience as an apprentice instructor, teaching hydronics, plumbing, and safety.

Jim Burns, principal owner of Mulcahy, has been looking forward to the expansion.

“After almost 90 years of servicing the great state of North Dakota from the Twin Cities, it’s fantastic to finally have this more local presence. The goal is to improve our responsiveness in this increasingly fast paced construction marketplace,” Burns said.
