The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers is offering educational scholarships for the 2015-2016 school year. The scholarships are available to high school seniors entering college through senior undergraduate engineering students and engineering technology students.

Through its scholarships, ASHRAE says it seeks to motivate students and prospective students worldwide to pursue an engineering or technology career in the HVACR field.

Applications are currently being accepted for eight regional/chapter and university-specific scholarships. These scholarships range from $3,000 to $5,000 each. Applications are also currently being accepted for 12 undergraduate engineering scholarships. These scholarships range from $3,000 to $10,000 each.

Four high school senior scholarships ($3,000 each) and four engineering technology scholarships ($5,000 each) will open to applications at a later date.
