These Seismic/Wind-load Rated Bases for secured rooftop mounting of equipment are manufactured to IBC/ASCE7 rated requirements by Thybar Corp. Manufactured to meet code and designed to be competitively priced, each base is custom manufactured due to the varying specifications of rooftop units and IBC/ASCE7 requirements. Delivery is usually within two weeks after receipt of the order. Stamped calculations are available upon request. Options include built-in roof pitch, additional height, built-in filters or sound traps, and a pressure treated wood nailer. Bases are all welded construction and are shipped to the job site in one piece if trucking permits. If unshippable as one piece, all corners are welded and the number of pieces are kept to a minimum.
