Statistician Nate Silver is scheduled as the closing speaker for Greenbuild 2013 in Philadelphia. Silver garnered national attention during the 2008 presidential election by correctly predicting the primary results, as well as the presidential winner in 49 states.

Currently, Silver runs the political website FiveThirtyEight.com, published by the New York Times. The site provides forecasts on elections and other popular issues.
