Indeck has released two new packaged boilers — a 90,000 pph model and a 250,000 pph model to meet the needs of the projected growth in manufacturing for 2013. The high-tech boilers include the A-style design packaged watertube boilers capable of generating 250,000 pph of superheated steam, and 800 psi design pressure (300-700 psig operating pressure range). Also ready for shipment are the high tech D-style packaged watertube boilers that generate 90,000 pph of saturated steam, 395 psi design pressure, 100-360 psig operating pressure range.

According to Mike Kessler, Indeck business development manager, “Indeck recognizes that manufacturing is turning a corner this year and is anticipating increased needs for steam power.  We are also in a positive momentum to build the boilers needed by industry for the growth of the nation. Indeck’s boilers have higher efficiencies which result in higher fuel savings and less down time translating to a higher reliability factor.”

The new A and D style water tube boilers come complete with manufacturer’s standard boiler trim, low NOx burner, forced draft fan and motor, burner management/combustion controls, structural steel, ductwork and operation and maintenance manuals. The Indeck boilers are designed for ease of delivery, installation, and start-up.

Installation of the boilers is effortless with easily accessible piping connections and a single electric connection. In addition to watertube boilers, Indeck manufactures solid fuel boilers, waste heat recovery boilers, thermal oxidizers, biomass boilers, hot water boilers, high temperature hot water generators, firetube boilers, and custom or specialty boilers to 1,000,000 pph.
