The company is now manufacturing water heaters and storage tanks from AquaPLEX, an engineered duplex alloy. AquaPLEX combines the grain structures of both 300 and 400 Series stainless steels, offering the benefits of both and exceeding the performance of either material alone. Tanks made from AquaPLEX require no lining and no anode rods. Water can be stored at greater than 200°F (93°C) continuously with no effect.
