Caroline County (MD) Public Schools, a district of 5,500 students and 10 buildings, has formed a partnership with Custom Energy to implement a crucial piece of its overall comprehensive energy management program. Custom Energy is assisting the school system by executing an energy savings plan scheduled for completion in January of 2003. It will significantly reduce energy consumption and operational expenses projected to save taxpayers over $2.2 million within the next 15 years.
