White-Rodgers, a business of Emerson (NYSE:EMR), has released the single-stage HSI Integrated Furnace Control Kit, a universal replacement kit for virtually all White-Rodgers and competitive single stage carbide and nitride HSI systems in furnace applications. Designed to install with ease, this kit – model 50M56U-843 – includes everything contractors need for quick and accurate replacement.

“Emerson is focused on developing products with the contractor in mind. The Single Stage HSI Integrated Furnace Control Kit allows contractors to stock one kit for most systems because it replaces both 80V and 120V ignitor applications,” said Ron Miles, vice president of sales, White-Rodgers. “With everything needed for a fast install included, the 50M56U makes what could be a complicated job, a simple one.”

Introduced to help contractors reduce their inventory and simplify installation, the Single Stage HSI Integrated Furnace Control Kit includes everything contractors need for quick and accurate replacement, including:
  • Ignition control module
  • Multiple quick-select/quick-connect wiring harnesses
  • Universal 120V 21D64-2 nitride ignitor kit
  • installation instructions and OEM cross-reference
The kit also offers improved system diagnostics and protection with features like stored fault recall, a red LED light used for diagnostic flash codes, and a cover label that contains diagnostic fault codes for convenient reference.
