Mulkey Engineers & Consultants, a multi-million dollar civil engineering and consulting firm, announced that Jill Wells Heath assumed the role of chief executive officer and president.

“Jill has been an integral part of Mulkey since the company was founded 15 years ago, and there is no one more deserving of this promotion,” said Barbara H. “I’ve been involved in every aspect of Mulkey since 1993 and because of the depth and breadth of my experience, I’ve seen the evolution of the company firsthand,” said Heath. “I know my perspective and vision are assets to the organization, and I am proud to succeed Barbara in leading the great team at Mulkey.”

Barbara Mulkey announced her decision to appoint Heath in a video that was sent electronically to all Mulkey employees.
