New VP, systems integration central to guide company’s growth in Central U.S.

TAC appointed Jana Gerber director of marketing and business development and Jay Nardone to vice president of systems integration for the central U.S. market.

Gerber will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to promote and support the company’s business units. She has served as a market manager and a business development team leader for TAC’s Energy Solutions division and was previously business development associate for Seattle-based Abacus Engineered Systems, which TAC acquired in 2004. Gerber was also a structural engineer for Coughlin Porter Lundeen, an engineering firm in Seattle.

“Jana assumes responsibility for a wide variety of crucial activities, such as market awareness and communications, branding, public relations, web and graphic design, pricing, sales support, and tradeshows and events,” said Jeff Drees, president of TAC in the Americas.

Nardone is responsible for growth, strategy and development of TAC’s Systems Integration group for the central United States, which includes Texas. Since joining TAC in 1998, Nardone has served as the national director of Systems Integration, manager of TAC’s Dallas branch, and on the Americas management team. Prior to joining TAC, he was a regional operations manager in New England for Johnson Controls Inc.

“Jay Nardone’s successful track record and broad experience in TAC’s business will enable him to strengthen TAC’s market leadership position in the central United States,” said Jeff Drees, president of TAC in the Americas. “Jay understands that TAC must focus on meeting the market’s demand for solutions that can save energy, add value to their businesses and contribute to a better environment overall.”

Nardone holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
