Kevin Halbert and Billy Tindell, AIA, have joined BSA LifeStructures' Chicago office.

Halbert is an electrical designer and project manager who has held senior electrical engineering and design positions. He has experience with projects in Chicago, including hospitals and schools. He is a U.S. Army veteran, where he served as a marine engineering officer. He received an associate's degree from the University of the State of New York.

Tindell is an architect and project manager. He has experience with architectural projects in Chicago including commercial business interiors, educational and community facilities, broadcast, communication and data centers and transportation and hospitality facilities. Tindell received a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Houston and is a registered architect and licensed interior designer in Illinois. He is an accredited professional for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design by the GBC.
