Tomkins plc announced that effective immediately, Terry O’Halloran, president of the Air Systems Components Division, will assume the additional responsibility of managing both the Lasco Bathware and Philips Products business units.

O’Halloran currently manages the Air Systems Components business which includes industry leading manufacturers such as Hart & Cooley, Selkirk, Titus, Ruskin, PennBarry, Tuttle & Bailey, and Krueger. In his new role, he will be responsible for the Building Products Division of Tomkins.
