The YORK FlexSys™ underfloor air distribution system now features the modular integrated terminal, a pulse-width modulation valve that automatically adjust individual terminals to maintain thermostat setpoints more closely. The integrated motor uses a timed sequence of fully open or closed positions, based on load, to supply cooling or heating to the space.
