Home » Lindab acquires Texas-based specialty duct fabricating business
Lindab Inc., manufacturer of products and system solutions for improved indoor climate, has acquired the business activities of Texas-based Gowco, a manufacturing company within the ventilation industry servicing Texas and the surrounding states.
The acquisition of Gowco will strengthen its position in the Southern U.S. "Within the ventilation business area, we are concentrating our efforts on round and oval air ducts, which are our core product lines. The acquisition of the production unit in Houston will add specialty duct to our product line as well as help us reach customers in the Southern U.S., which is an important growth market for us," said Dick McCullough, president for Lindab Inc.
